* My IKEA catalog arrived in the mail yesterday! YAY! My brain is swirling with ideas of things I want to update in our house, but lack of funds and time will probably prohibit this.
* We are less than 2 weeks away from Wade's half marathon (Sept 12).
* We went to the library today and Reese picked out a Dora book. In the story, a friendly butterfly gives Dora wings to fly. After reading this, Reese wanted wings too so we went to Hobby Lobby and got some. (I had all of the stuff to make them myself, but then saw some pre-made wings and all of the sudden I didn't feel like being crafty anymore.) ANYWAYS....we got home, put the wings on and Reese was so dissappointed that she couldn't really fly. She kept asking, "But whyyyy?", which is her new favorite phrase. It kind of broke my heart trying to explain to her why she couldn't really fly like Dora.
* Beckett is going to be ONE on Saturday! NO WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
